Head-Fi’s Canjam
The guys from Head-Fi have been doing their own series of official Canjam Events since 2006 or so. If you’re not familiar with the event, here’s a short intro:
“CanJam Global is the premier headphone and personal audio expo and is produced by Head-Fi.org, the world’s largest website for headphone and personal audio enthusiasts. Since 2006, CanJam events have been a community showcase for Head-Fi.org, as well as the best opportunity for exhibitors to share new product releases and have meaningful interactions with the enthusiast community and audio industry press. CanJam Global show attendees have the unique opportunity to experience the very latest in headphone and personal audio technology all under one roof. Attendees are always encouraged to bring their own music in order to get the best possible experience. And with products at all price ranges, educational seminars, and prize giveaways, there is something for everyone at CanJam Global.”
What started as a USA exclusive event, now after a few years has turned in to something bigger: A world wide series of shows. Head-fi, with Ethan Opolion as the main man behind it, created a whole new concept around these shows and so Canjam Global saw the light. Canjam Global so far has done successful shows in Singapore, Southern California, RMAF, Singapore, London and NYC. Now London is up again for the 2017 edition which will take place on July 15 and 16.

Last year we couldn’t make it to the show but this year Headfonia will be covering the Canjam London event just like we’ve been covering that other European show.
A one day ticket costs you £10 but believe me you will want to go there for the full weekend. There are just so many things to see and try that you can’t possibly “do” them all on just one day. A weekend ticket goes for £15.
