Here are some new information for Meier Audio Step Dance by Jan Meier:
The STEPDANCE is a portable amplifier with a minimum of sonic compromises towards weight and size. Its functionality is very basic. No crossfeed and no USB-DAC. Just an analog input and an analog output. There are also some gain-switches, accessible through the battery opening.
The amp is relatively big considering its low functionality and also current consumption is rather high. (25 or 50 mA depending on current consumption mode).

New AKG K404 Announced
Here is a new foldable portable headphone from AKG, the K404. How does it differ from the current line up of foldable portables? For now the main difference seems to be the sliding metal headband mechanism, which is not available in the current K450, K430, and K420 phones. Leckerton UHA-4
Leckerton Audio, a US company, will release a new headphone amplifier with a DAC feature. The Leckerton UHA-4 is an upgrade of the UHA-3. Unlike the other Leckerton models that use Cirrus Logic chips for the DAC, this time Leckerton will use the Texas Instruments PCM2706. TDK TH-WR700 Wireless Headset
Everyone is jumping into the wireless bandwagon using Kleer, and I believe that wireless sonic bliss is not so far away in the future.
This time TDK releases their kleer wireless headphone, the TH-WR700, that runs on the 2.4GHz band to transmit 44.1kHz data over the 10m of air. The transmitter is able to feed signal to up to four headsets, so you can enjoy movies together with your friends, while your kid is sleeping next room. Battery life is quite awesome at 40 hours of continuous play. Aside from the wirless transmitter, the headphone itself is a foldable, portable design, with a closed design and a 34mm driver, and 32ohm impedance.
