First, of all, we have a trio of HFI-780s in the house, which we’ll be writing about next week.
Next, the SPL Auditor and Phonitor amplifiers loaner will soon need to be returned, and so we’ll have to start compiling a review of them. The bad news is, I haven’t even started a draft on them. The good news is that they are well broken in by now, and after spending so much time on them, writing a review shouldn’t take too long.
Third, Brian’s article on ESI’s Dr.DAC is coming up soon. I’m also writing an article on the AKG701, and that I expect to publish soon.

Lastly, people has been complaining about Headfonia being too high end. People, it just happens that this month, we’ve received a lot of high end stuff, but we’re far from being a high end elitist. Remember the HD25-1, the Shure SRH-840, the Hippo Pearl? They are all far from High end. Anyway, we’ll focus on low end gears ($200 obo) on March. Unless our Beyer T1 arrives on march, then we’ll have to break the promise.
Oh, and if you haven’t been following the progress on RSA’s Protector, or HeadAmp’s Pico Slim, do check the threads out on Head-Fi, as their release is coming near: Protector on Head-Fi, Pico Slim on Head-Fi.
Cheers!
