As promised and explained earlier, we’ll be doing a year long of weekly giveaways and last September was the start of our 52-week celebration. For this 43rd round of the biggest audio giveaway the world has ever seen, we’re giving away a Final Audio Sonorous VI headphone!! The headphone is worth over $600USD! This fine headphone can become yours and all you have to do is … sign up and leave a comment telling us what the most beautiful headphone is to you.
But first, let’s look at Final Audio and the Sonorous VI headphone you can win.
About Final Audio
Final Audio was launched in 1974 by Kanemori Takai, an engineer known to be as visionary as picky sometimes. The brand began with turntable cartridges and steadily expanded to pre-amps, power amps and speakers. In 2007, an new company “S’Next” was launched to produce OEM and ODM products with Molex, with big success.
Now, Final Audio is also known for its wide range of headphones and earphones : Sonorous, Piano Forte, Adagio and of course Heaven. If you were in the audio game the past few years, you must have heard these names or at least saw news talking about the price of the Sonorous X.

The lucky winner will get his/her unit shipped directly by Final Audio. Final Audio will cover the shipping fee of the headphone to you but neither Headfonia or Final Audio will cover any other expenses such as VAT, import fees, tax, etc. This is all the winner’s responsibility so if you’re not up for that, it’s best not to enter. Final Audio also won’t lower the unit’s value for shipping.

As a music lover, nothing beats the listening experience of a well-crafted pair of over-the-ear headphones. My wireless earbuds do the trick when on the move or in a situation where big headphones can’t be used but anytime I can, though, a pair of wired headphones are my preferred choice and this pair seems to be of great quality. The word ‘Most beautiful headphone’ means differently to me. I collected some old, eccentric ones like the AKG K140 and K340, both are not particularly beautiful, but it does means a lot to me. The most beautiful sounding for Rock and Rolls is my Alessandro/Grado MS1. My Hifiman HE4XX has the most lush and warm sound from my bunch of headphones.
To me they are all beautiful in their own way. I am not saying that I am the most deserving guy to get this, but it would be another beautiful collection for me and my ears if I win.

I’m a touring musician and educator living in NYC. . I recently lost a pair of headphones and borrowed a friends pair for a recording session and it turned out to be the Sonorous VI. I was really impressed by the quality of sound, as well as the fit. I also used it on a few runs, for FaceTime sessions with my students and teachers around the world, and traveling around the city. It’s probably the best friend I’ve been needing! I’ve tried several different types of headphones and have never liked any as much as the Sonorous VI. Although they’re absolutely worth the price, they’re expensive and winning one of these would be so awesome.

Well, right now the headphones I have are the Superlux HD668B. They are great for what they are, especially for the 30$ that they cost, but I always have wondered how big is the difference between this and significantly more expensive headphones. My husband and I aren’t experts but we are headphone devotees. With daily use, some just have the build quality to justify the outlay and my favourite pair now needs replacement parts! The armature drivers in this FA VI as opposed to dynamic drivers only in the V would also be a huge upgrade in terms of sound detail.
