I’ve been listening to the JH5 for the whole day yesterday. Moving to the JH10X3. The difference in price is clearly heard in the JH10X3. Sound signature is a little different than the JH5 though.

I’m still in the honeymoon period right now, so it’s probably best to wait a while before posting some sound impressions. Sound impressions to follow soon.

Eagerly awaiting sound comparison to the Mage!

Hi RedSky. I will try to do a short comparison to the Mage. The first article that I'm going to publish on the JH customs are a comparison of the three models. Surprisingly, the JH5 does quite well even when compared to the more expensive models, so it'll be interesting to read about.

The Unique Melody Customs has a different house sound than the JH Stuff. Technicalities, more or less the same.

Wow! I'm an ardent fan of your site for a while now but this JH comparison is the best so far! Concise, honest and balanced!

P.S Where do you get your endless cash-flow from? 🙂

Thanks for the encouraging words. Sometimes I really struggle to put the things I hear into words, and it really shows on some of the articles.

Now, our cashflow is far from endless. Hence our gear come and go and we can't always cross check one product with something that we've written about in the past.

Hopefully as the site grows we can allocate more budget for gear acquisition to make the reviews richer.
