The contest is worldwide but you need to be at least 18 years or older to enter the contest. You will need to use a real email address and name or we won’t be able to contact the winner.
The winner will be chosen by Random.org and he/she will be contacted in the days after the contest closes on August 27 (one week). The prize will be sent by Headfonia directly and Headfonia isn’t responsible for covering any additional costs related to sending the prize (such as customs costs or any other extra costs). In case a wrong or fake email address was given or the winner is under 18, Headfonia will select a new winner. Only one entry per household and IP address is allowed. I wonder how they compare to the Etymotic Research ER-20 Earplugs. These were pretty cheap on mass drop and they pleasantly surprised me in terms of sound quality. Much better than the alpine music pro’s. They don’t block a lot of sound though. So it doesn’t offer the best protection in loud concerts.
You didn’t say anything about how much sound was blocked. Is it a good amount?

It’s a pretty good amount yes, but I bet it depends on how your ear canals are shaped to put the Isolate in. I could barely get them in but the reduction in level was quite a bit, which is normal with a tight fit.

I use public transport a lot for work and have tried using regular hard foam to block out the noise; bad idea, really dangerous as it muffles everything. Hopefully the Flare does the trick for 😀
