As promised and explained earlier, we’ll be doing a year long of weekly giveaways and last September was the start of our 52-week celebration. For this 41st round of the biggest audio giveaway the world has ever seen, we’re giving away 3 sets of 6’/2m balanced UPOCC headphone cables to 3 lucky winners, 1 each! The cables together are worth $900USD! These excellent cables can become yours and all you have to do is … sign up and leave a comment. Not any comment is good: you have to tell me which of the three cables you want to win. If you don’t, the entry is not valid!
But first, let’s look at C3 Audio and the headphone cables you can win.
About C3 Audio
C3 audio was previously known as Charleston Cable Company. C3 Audio’s web page can be found here: https://www.c3audio.com
One thing I especially like about the US based C3 Audio, is that they operate under the assumption that world class sound doesn’t have to be out of this world expensive. A lot of cable companies (and there are a lot!) are asking incredible amounts of hard earned money for a simple cable. I myself don’t mind paying a reasonable amount for a nice looking cable and I have ordered cables from all over the world and even had foreign DIY’ers make me some. Heck, if I didn’t have two left hands I’d even make them myself.
The UPOCC Cables
The cables we’re giving away here are the exact same cables used by Nathan for the review he did on them. You can find the full review here:
The three balanced cables you can win have different terminations:
- One 6′ cable UPOCC, terminated with a 4-pin XLR and Sennheiser HD600/650 plugs -> link HERE
- One 6′ cable UPOCC, terminated with a 4-pin XLR and 3.5mm plugs -> link HERE
- One 6′ cable UPOCC, terminated with a 4-pin XLR and 2.5mm plugs -> link HERE
The three lucky winners will get their unit shipped directly by Headfonia. We will cover the shipping fee but Headfonia will not cover any other expenses such as VAT, import fees, tax, etc. This is all the winner’s responsibility so if you’re not up for that, it’s best not to enter. Headfonia also won’t lower the unit’s value for shipping.
In order to enter the competition you need to do the following steps:
- Fill out the form on the page linked below. Use a real full name/surname to enter the contest (partial name entries are no longer accepted) + real email address as this is the address we will use to contact the winner
- Leave a comment on this post you’re reading here. You have to tell me which of the three cables you want to win. If you don’t, the entry is not valid! Because of the giveaway software only one winner will show up on the giveaway page, but I will repeat it 2 times so we have 3 winners (one for each cable).

The winners will be chosen at random out of those that completed all 2 steps!
After signing up you’ll get a personal link to share. For each new participant that enters via your personal link on Twitter, Google+ or Facebook, etc. you get an extra chance to win!
