Yes, what Dale said. First I’d need to know what experience you have, what gear you have, your age, background, etc. Basically all the people who have done guest reviews were very active in the comments section and on our FB. And on top of that they had done several reviews on other sites or have proven to be great writers like Dave.
So no, I don’t just accept any application for a guest review. To be honest, it’s not going to be easy to get a shot. But use the form above and try to convince me? That’s the best advice I can give you.
Would JVC’s HA-MR55X XX work for a review subjection? or are we talking about reviewing the companies listed on the site?
I may be able to convince my parents about this beforehand. If they do not; ill wait till I’ve got a job to save up enough money to buy my headphone gear for those higher headphone brands/models to review. I am only in High school my parents are telling me to do something. So because I like headphones I decided to research on doing Headphone reviewing.
That won’t cut it I’m afraid. Looks to me like you’re not really ready for it. Only very few at your age have the experience and gear needed to do reviews. Dont ask your parents to buy you higher end gear, having heard just one headphone wouldn’t make a difference. Your experience would still be very limited and you wouldn’t have anything to compare the gear too. It is nice you want to be a reviewer but I would suggest getting more experience first. Go to meets and shops, listen to gear, etc. Also doing reviews costs money: buying gear, shipping gear, import taxes,… you would probably need a job 🙂 That’s why most of us are old 😉
Or why don’t you start writing your review of the headohone you have and post it on head-fi. Thats another possibility to get started as you will get a lot of feedback there

Is it possible for me to sign up to do headphone reviews?

L decides those things. But it would help to be able to look at your experience if you have a link.

ok, good luck. Also, if you do get a shot you would need to have the gear you want to review.

According to Amazon, the HAMR55XX are “discontinued by manufacturer”.
